White Bear Area Emergency Food Shelf offers a Bonus Food Distribution each Saturday as a way for neighbors to supplement their once a month shopping as well as serve neighbors outside the White Bear School District. This important distribution will serve upwards of 100 households and utilize food rescued from local grocery stores. Bonus Volunteers will be assigned to one of several roles and tasked with helping the market maintain a welcome and inviting atmosphere as well as insure a smooth shopping process for our all our neighbors. At the end of the shift volunteers will help clean the market area for Monday Shopping.
This is a great opportunity for groups of 10-12 who want to make a huge impact in their community one neighbor at a time.
