So much is happening every day that impacts women and people of color - in the media and pop culture and politics - and we want to keep our followers up to date. While our staff create great original content and action alerts directly related to our programs, you can help us stay engaged online with our partner organizations and current events. Social Media Boosters will share relevant, current content from partner organizations and diverse news outlets, with platform-appropriate commentary relevant to YWCA’s mission and audience. This volunteer needs to understand and employ YWCA’s positive, assertive and energetic tone, and take staff direction on specific issue positions and 501c3 advocacy responsibilities. The Social Media Booster will post directly from YWCA accounts on a daily or every-other day basis with regular check-ins with YWCA’s Director of Social Change.
