Graceland is a hospice company located in Anaheim. We provide services to patients in all of Orange County and some areas of LA County.
The application and orientation process is quick and easy
Volunteer on your own time weekday, weekends, after school and on holidays - the choice is yours
Every day is Volunteer Appreciation Day
Some of us are fortunate enough to have friends and family who are active in our lives
Some of us are alone, lonely and in need of human presence
Give the gift of yourself
Lessons can be learned especially from our older patients - imagine talking to a patient about living life without text messaging, cell phones, the Internet and social media as those things weren't invented yet
No need to worry, although our patients are terminally ill there shall be no exposure to blood, urine (other bodily fluids) no open wounds, tubes or contagious diseases.

Graceland Hospice Care is a grassroots organization who is flourishing, every member on the team has previous hospice experience or arrived with an acute medical background, our physicians are experts in the delivery of the hospice philosophy, we are community oriented and dedicated to "doing it right" the first time. We provide hospice services to patients wherever they call home and are committed to providing quality, compassionate care to patients and their families at end-of-life.
