We have numerous open positions that need to be filled. This even starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 12:00 am. Your shift for the evening and time commitment are dependent on the position you choose. All volunteers must be 21 or over. There are approximately 45 positions that need to be filled including:
Registration 5:00pm-7:45pm-6 Openings
Coat Check 5:30pm-12:00am- 4 Openings
Mobile Bidding Helper 5:30pm-8:00pm-2 Openings
*Mystery Wine Sales 5:30pm-7:30pm-1 Opening
*Raffle Ticket Sales 5:30pm-8pm or 9pm-Depending on the type of raffle ticket-6 Openings
*Sales at Whiskey Pull 5:30pm-7:30pm-1 Openings
Check Out 8:00pm-12:00am-2 Openings
Silent Auction Breakdown 8:00pm-10:00pm-6 Openings
Live Auction Spotters 8:25pm-9:15pm-6 Openings
Check Out Runners 8:24pm-9:15pm-4 Openings
Clean Up 11:30pm-12:30am-10 Openings

This is a really fun event benefiting the Arc of Anchorage. We encourage our volunteers to embrace the evenings theme of "Dapper and Diamonds" and to show up with their best late 50's/early 60's look!

Mission Statement
The Anchorage Petroleum Wives Club seeks to serve the Anchorage-area petroleum industry by providing its members with opportunities for social contact, personal growth, and community involvement. Women not associated with the petroleum industry are also welcome.
Description
Since our founding, the Anchorage Petroleum Wives Club has established a charitable component, the Anchorage Petroleum Womens Foundation, a 501(c)(3). The Anchorage Petroleum Women's Foundation supports (through volunteerism and fundraising) a number of local non-profit organizations. Although we support a variety of non-profit organizations throughout the year, each year we select an organization to be our annual Non-Profit Partner.To raise funds for this local non-profit, we organize an annual Charity Fundraiser, typically in February.
