Eco-Friendly Adventure Day is an event to inspire people to take action for their health and the environment. Featuring a 5K/10K adventure race for ages 14+ with over 20 natural obstacles and a festival with speakers, live music, eco-friendly vendors, yoga, and discounted admission to Cedar Lakes Woods & Gardens, Eco-Friendly Adventure Day is an amazing day for all who attend. Volunteers are needed to help with photography/videography, supervising obstacles, helping kids at the kids zone, and sampling out plant-based foods.
We love volunteers!!! Volunteers will receive the option to camp at Cedar Lakes Woods & Gardens the night before the event (a once in a year opportunity). Volunteers also receive plant-based snacks and goodies, an event swag bag, t-shirt, and LOTS of appreciation! If you sign up for photography, we can give you credit for your photos when they are posted online. Also, if you do professional photography, let us know if you would be interested in listing your business as on our sponsors page. Please contact organizers@solutionaryevents.com with any questions.

Solutionary Events is a 501c3 non-profit educational outreach organization with a mission to create a more peaceful world. Team members coordinate festivals, workshops, seminars, potlucks, beach/park, cleanups, film screenings, outreach events, races/walks, and other events that align with the values of Solutionary Events’ mission. Through the knowledge, experience, and dedication of solutionaries (people who take part in solutions instead of problems), the team offers valuable resources to people interested in learning about healthy, compassionate, and sustainable living.
