Mission Statement

IPY Industries, Inc. is a youth focused organization raising awareness to the lack of emphasis being placed on youth and the issues that they face. We focus on educating, uplifting, and inspiring youth who may feel alone and/or may be lacking in receiving basic care and instruction. IPY Industries, Inc. strives to uplift, inspire, and educate families who have youth who may be facing poverty, negative/hostile environments and/or lack of positive resources. Breathing life back into the community and giving hope where hope has been lost. IPY Industries also seeks to become a vehicle to develop healthy, happy, confident, and well-rounded children in the greater Atlanta area and to empower them to become better citizens.

Description

IPY Industries, Inc. began in 2017 by Adrienne Alexander, a wife, mother and product of her environment. Born to parents affected by Alcohol and Drug Addiction, Adrienne has made a vow to not only ensure that her children were never personally affected by these diseases in her household but to also reach back to youth who may have become bi-products of their environment. This organization is for all of the children who may not have grandparents that can step in and fill the gap that is left behind by parents dealing with addiction. This organization was formed to offer encouragement, inspiration and information, social programs, and inclusive activities. We are working to offer financial assistance in crisis situations soon.

We strive to create confidence where there is doubt, to provide an environment of inclusion, and become a vessel for all children who may not otherwise be a priority. "I made a promise to myself that when I had the opportunity to give back, children would be my first priority". - Adrienne Alexander
