Helpful AND happy. The best combination!

Thrift store volunteers.....missionaries in their local community

Great shopping, greater cause. Our partner, Legacy Thrift stores, provide individuals, families and small groups a tremendous opportunity to tangibly impact the Great Commission. For every 4 hours of service in one of our stores you will literally be responsible for sending 10 of our solar-powered audio Bibles (Treasures) to a previously unreached people group in some of the most remote regions on the Earth.

Come for just a few hours or come multiple days a week. You will love the friendly environment and the wide variety of activities our volunteers accomplish. There is something for everyone!

We need you! This really is a creative way for you to have the same influence of a missionary. Love on the hundreds of shoppers that come in each week, and help send the gospel where it has never been before. If you have a heart to serve, this is the opportunity for you!

About Unknown Nations

4200 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321, US

Mission Statement

To reach the unknown nations at the ends of the Earth--completing the last four words of Jesus’ calling.

Unknown Nations was originally founded in 1994 as World Mission with a simple but ambitious mission: to reach the ends of the Earth. Founded by Paul Land, World Mission was largely funded by Land’s thrift stores.

Today, as we did then, we believe that everyone deserves to hear the gospel, and we are committed to using innovative methods to reach the world’s most unreached people groups.

We work in partnership with local churches and organizations to provide humanitarian aid, medical care, and disaster relief. We also use audio Bibles, solar-powered radios, and other technology to reach people who have never had access to the gospel.

We believe that everyone has the potential to make a difference in the world, and we are committed to helping people reach their full potential.
