Support Group Program Assistant

Invest directly in the lives of teens facing life’s challenges during Support Group programs. You’ll be present during one of our small group pods (10 students or less) building relationships with teens, and then you’ll assist with being another adult in the group, creating a safe environment for teens to share what’s going on in their lives and keeping the group on track.

During Covid-19 many young people are becoming isolated - we are looking to help support them during this time.

Mission Statement

We are on a mission to end hopelessness among teens.

TreeHouse has been serving teens since 1979, helping them build relationships and resiliency rooted in living hope. We’re based in Minnesota, but we have sites across the country. Each of our sites host programs that give teens a safe space to find support and belonging. Through mentorships, retreats, and other off-site activities, teens have the opportunity to build even deeper relationships with peers and caring adults.
