We are currently seeking a volunteer to help as an events and administrative projects volunteer by supporting our Events and Volunteer Coordinator. An interested volunteer can expect to participate in real life event planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of both a large fundraiser and smaller events; working with other volunteers on administrative projects, towards the goals and objectives of the district; and being a team player in a fast-paced work environment. Hours are flexible and will align with business hours and event needs, must be able to lift 15 lbs without assistance for event setup and everyday tasks. A successful volunteer will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a self-starter and driven; and have basic math and computer skills.

A criminal background check, interview and training will be required for this volunteer position. Please note this is not an internship opportunity nor a paid position. This is a volunteer position focusing on special events and administrative projects. If you have questions, feel free to contact me directly.
