Wildfires are devastating communities across California, causing more than 300,000 people to evacuate their homes and threatening many more. The Camp Fire in Northern California -- one of three blazing across the state -- is the most destructive in state history. We want to ensure that, if you are in an affected community, you find access to shelter. And if you are looking to help with disaster relief efforts, you know the most effective ways to contribute.
EF High School Exchange Year is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for cultural exchange who wish to bring a global perspective to their communities. Join a supportive, fun, and inspiring group of nearly 1,000 International Exchange Coordinators nationwide. As a part of this community of passionate individuals, you'll attend national and regional trainings, explore the world on incentive trips, and support each other every day in our online community. As an EF International Exchange Coordinator (IEC), you will play an integral role in our program to deliver the experience of a lifetime to our exchange students and host families.
To put it simply, EF IECs bring cultural exchange to their areas by networking to find great host families, building relationships with local schools, and collaborating with our office team to screen and prepare our host families. IECs are also mentors for the students throughout their year in the U.S. This role is a 1099 contractor position and is a flexible, part-time, make-your-own-hours position that offers supplemental income and travel incentives. We are looking for individuals from all walks of life who have an interest in cultural exchange. If this is an opportunity that excites you, we would love to hear from you!
