The 2017, "Temple Toy-Chest," Toy Drive and Give-Away will consist of the local community getting together to assist needy families during the Christmas season on Dec. 16th between 10AM and 2PM. It is our goal to give away at least 600 toys to needy children.
We are in need of volunteers for our Annual Toy Giveaway. We are looking forward to hosting more than 300 children in need at this fun, annual event! Target Needs: Toy Sorting ~ Join us Friday, December 15th as we sort donated toys in preparation for Toy Bag Giveaway Day on Saturday, December 16, 2017. We also need volunteers to hit the ground running early on Toy Giveaway Day ~ During the Holidays; many families will not have the resources or opportunity to gift their children with toys. Saturday, December 16th. Looking for a clown or face painter duties include entertaining waiting children and parents . Hours would be from 10am- noon or noon to 2pm. This is done by collaborating with community programs and services that equip community residents to become self sufficient through housing sustainability, health option, anti poverty services, financial and education literacy.
