June 2nd is National Trails Day! We will be hosting a volunteer day to help build the Hospital Trail. The Hospital Trail will be located by Carson Tahoe Health, to be used for doctors to prescribe walks in nature to benefit patients' health. Interacting with nature has proven to decrease levels of depression, high blood pressure, risks of cancer and more. Let's work together to make a healthier community!
