Hello and thank you for your interest in our volunteer opportunity!
Bowin Place is an apartment building for low-income senior citizens. The Service Coordinator is searching for passionate volunteers to spend 2-4 hours or so each month visiting the residents here. As a volunteer, you would have many options for how you would like to spend your time. You could lead an arts & crafts activity, teach a hustle dance class, assist with holiday parties, play music, sing, act, read, help us start a garden in the Spring, or serve as a 1-on-1 companion. Any other talents that you may want to share with the residents will be gladly accepted!
Volunteers are offered awards and appreciation as they accumulate hours!
