We have openings for 6-12 weeks volunteer opportunities in Tanzania. We’re looking for post-graduate marketing students and experienced marketing professionals who are willing to donate some of their time to contribute to the growth of the SMEs sector in Tanzania.

We will pair you with an entrepreneur looking to develop the marketing strategy of their growing business. Working alongside a Business Development Advisor you may engage with the following tasks:

Develop client acquisition strategies

Develop social media channels inclusive of goals and metrics for success

Prepare social media content

Formalise online marketing strategy

Determine and implement new marketing initiatives

Craft pricing strategies

Develop sales pitch

Define/review brand image and implementation, website design, etc

Education and Prior Experience:

• Post-graduate degree in marketing/related field and/or
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience in a specific domain
• International experience desired
• Prior experience in dealing with clients desired

• Ability to work independently
