Do you like to write short stories or opinion pieces?
This is your chance to either try it out or share your skills.
You can write anything related to STEAM (Science, Technology,Engineering, Art and Math), from education to latest technology.
We also plan on regularly featuring selected Makers in our community. Each featured "maker" would have to be approved but other than that, you will be free to run the show... plus you will get a chance to meet very interesting people.
This position is very flexible and can be done remotely.

Description
Los Alamos Makers provides STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) educational services and training for people of all ages. These services include providing access to tools, space, mentoring, classes, talks, workshops and hands-on activities. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: a. to provide STEAM instruction and mentoring; b. to provide facilities, equipment and tools for participants to engage in STEAM activities; c. to encourage and facilitate STEAM entrepreneurial endeavors; d. to sponsor, host and/or participate in events and activities that promote STEAM.
