The Fundraising Volunteer will facilitate raising money and other kinds of donations for Engineering For Kids(r) of Metro Atlanta. This involves helping to send a fundraising message that appeals to potential donors, conducting fundraising strategies, planning and executing campaigns/events. Responsibilities may also include writing and/or assisting with grant proposals.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing and implementing fundraising campaigns
• Engage in execution of fundraising activities including marketing efforts, direct mail, personal
• solicitation, acknowledgment process, etc
• Research, identify, and contact potential donors
• Prepare and implement plans for cultivation and solicitation of donations
• Maintain donor records for future use in maintaining donor relationships

Functional Skills:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
