Researchers to Update Municipal Regulation Database (1-2 researchers)

National non-profit, Quiet Communities (Boston area; quietcommunities.org), seeks a diligent researcher to update a database of municipal regulations. Warning - It's fairly boring and tedious, but is badly needed. It's a good student project - undergraduate or graduate.

QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent research skills, attention to detail (!), and working familiarity with Excel. Candidates with a background in urban planning and/or public policy will be favored.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The project involves checking on the accuracy of items in an Excel database, updating with new regulations, formatting, tabulating, and creating a summary report. The project is estimated to take 80-120 hours. You will work directly with the Executive Director and Legal advisors.
