Mission Statement

Royalty Mentoring is a faith based program providing youth a place to be valued, respected, and have a sense of being. Royalty will empower youth to walk in their purposes and callings, which will create leaders, break generational curses and leave lasting legacies regardless of race, religion, and/or ethnic background. Our motto is right thinking prevents wrong actions- it’s a mindset thing.

Description

Royalty’s vision for the teenage boys they serve. To not try and be their mother. To not try and teach them how to be men, but to be that positive women image in their lives providing encouragement, hope, support, resources to them. The goal is to meet them where they are because most aren’t able at this point to hear from a man because of previous hurts causing loss of respect. Royalty plans to come to them in a form they can hear from (a woman) lay the foundation and then introduce them to prominent, successful, God fearing men as the tangible evidence of who they can aspire to become. Bridging the gap between young men and grown men. This will cause our men to get back into their rightful place as headship, leaders, and kings over families positively impacting women and children.
