Facilitate Lifestyle modification classes from the Fresh Beginnings program that enables participants to develop lifelong healthy eating behaviors. Weekly group education sessions for a 4 week period. Administer pre- and post-program and 5 and 12 month follow-up consultations. Each week participants undertake 1 hour group-based healthy lifestyle education class.
