Vision
We are building a community space for resources and a place to connect for transplant families and the community that serves them.  Providing virtual space for resources and educational material on our website to help families with their needs while going through the transplant process and well beyond. Helping the transplant practitioners access information that would be helpful to their transplant families.
Objectives
We will measure success through social media growth, web visitation and making connections with those in the community who can further help our families, i.e. children’s hospitals, foundations, field experts and other organizations.
