The Advocacy Intern is responsible for helping Goodwill-Easter Seals shape public policy that affects individuals with barriers to employment and self-sufficiency. The Advocacy Intern assists with strategic organizing, monitoring legislation and coordinating grassroots advocacy activity during the 2018 State of Minnesota Legislative Session (January - May).

Revenue from 45+ retail stores, along with other contributions, supports programs throughout MN. Our "donate-shop-reuse-educate-employ" model diverts over 50M pounds from landfills annually and brings us one step closer to a world where everyone experiences the power of work.
