FACES Inc. has opportunities for assisting the Program Manager with the day to day operations of the Common Ground Monitored Visitation Program, serving parents and children who need monitors to oversee visits.
The court orders these visits and your work will involve conducting phone intakes, setting appointments, setting up files and contacting the monitors regarding their assignments, keeping track of the number of visits per week and reporting to the Program Manager. You may also be doing other duties as requested by the Program Manager.
While in the Program Assistant role, you may observe visits and begin the process of becoming a professional monitor yourself! It is a 40 hour training, and participants receive a certificate when completed.
Contact us if you are interested in serving for at least 10 hours per week.
