We are in need of a graphic designer volunteer who can create brochures, flyers and other communication materials for our hospice agency.

You can work from home and when needed, to conduct meetings at the office or another mutually convenient location during the weekdays or weekends, to plan, review drafts, etc.

Our care teams specialize in pain and symptom management, as well as emotional and spiritual support for the patient and family. An individualized plan of care is developed for each patient based on comfort care measures needed and the wishes of the patient and family.
