You don’t need any special training! Just be able to spend 35 minutes a week with a student
What is the Lunch Buddy Program?
The Lunch Buddy Program is a one-on-one mentoring program that provides a child with an on-going relationship with a caring adult. Adult volunteers commit to having lunch with a student once a week. After lunch there is time to read a book, play a board game or just talk.
**Volunteers must complete a volunteer application and background check from the evergreen school district** This packet can be picked up at the front desk at Fircrest or emailed to you- rebecca.parker@evergreenps.org.
The school will be closed and I will be out of the office June 18-August 20th. If you send an email that you are interested during that time, I will respond as soon as I return from the summer break.
