Health Imperatives is looking for someone who can volunteer as an administrative assistant for the Reproductive and Sexual Health Clinic staff. This person would be responsible for helping staff type up meeting notes, organizing our monthly reports, creating word documents for us, making spreadsheets, organizing the database and Health Intervention and Prevention (HIP) drive, etc. This person could volunteer in either Wareham or Hyannis (see addresses below). Because the bulk of the work is small tasks, we would love to find someone who is able to commit at least a few hours per week for 6 months to this role in order to learn how to work independently while staff is off-site. This is not a short-term volunteer position.
A volunteer will be accepted at either location:
1019 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA 02601
106 Main Street, Wareham, MA 02571
To apply, please email Elissa May, Volunteer Coordinator, at emay@healthimperatives.org, or call us at 508-583-3005 ext. 1005. We will send you an application, CORI/SORI form, and invite you to come in for an interview.
