The Arm In Arm Homelessness Prevention program seeks a volunteer to assist with our intake process on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm-3pm. This is an ongoing, weekly volunteer opportunity.
Arm In Arm’s Homelessness Prevention program provides emergency financial assistance to households facing eviction, foreclosure, or utility shut-off. We help stabilize families' housing situations through back rent, mortgage, security deposit, and utilities payment assistance. Intake volunteers interview individuals seeking assistance, record necessary information and notes in our database, and provide information about other programs and resources as relevant/necessary.
Interested volunteers will receive training. Please contact Keating Johnson at keatingj@arminarm.org, for more information.
