The San Francisco Chamber Orchestra is a fully-professional orchestras that presents 35 concerts each season. Our mission is unique in that all our performances are admission-free as we want to make classical music accessible to everyone.
Our performances over the New Year's weekend are extremely popular and we expect large numbers of attendees.
Volunteers will assist with seating, distributing programs and assisting members of SFCO. While anyone can attend our concerts free-of-charge, we do have members who receive priority seating.
The concerts is an all-Beethoven program with a twelve-year-old child prodigy making her debut performing Beethoven's Concerto No. 1. Also on the program is Beethoven's Symphony No. 1.
This will be a very special evening.
