The Experience Lead develops the Relay For Life experience and serves as the hospitality expert on the Event Leadership Team. Individuals in this role build the fun, lead the strategic development and execution of all Relay activities to ensure that participants have fun and enjoy their experience at the relay For Life event. The Experience Lead should have strong leadership and mentoring skills and be comfortable representing Relay For Life. He/She will assist and mentor the Ceremonies Lead, Activities Lead, Entertainment Lead, Logistics Lead, Online and Social Communications Lead, Marketing Lead, and Luminaria Lead.
