Do you have the passion to help a child find a home? CCYFS is seeking a part-time Foster Parent Recruiter. Preferred candidates must have experience working with foster families and/or marketing.
SUMMARY Develop and implement creative strategies and activities that lead to the identification and engagement of qualified new resource families for the Treatment Foster Care and Adoption programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conduct recruitment activities in the community to engage and enlist prospective resource families for foster care and adoption. Plan and conduct a three month pipeline of weekly resource family recruitment opportunities. Represent CCYFS at meetings, promotional presentations and other events to recruit foster parents. Establish and maintain relationships with business, organizations, groups, vendors and individuals in the community through prospecting, cold calls and informational meetings. Work with the Administrator to develop advertising and printed material for outreach recruitment activities. Meet with the Administrator on an interval basis to confer, brainstorm, and problem-solve new ideas and barriers to recruitment for the center. Lead Quarterly Review meetings and participate in bimonthly recruiting skill-building meetings for all agency recruiters. Record and maintain data through Salesforce and Harmony to measure the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts. Meet or exceed the established goal for inquiry calls per month and per fiscal year. Support the development and implementation of an ongoing retention plan for certified resource families in collaboration with the Treatment Foster Care and Adoption staff. Mobilize team, families, and volunteers to assist with special events for the treatment foster care and adoption recruitment. Monitor and maintain allocated recruitment budget. Provide evening and weekend support at recruitment activities and events. Other duties as assigned. EOE
