As the colors of summer blooms fade and drop to the ground, energy is being drawn deep into the roots to rest until spring. At the Owen Rose Garden, this signals the beginning of pruning season.
Monthly work parties are a great way to get out, give back and learn how to prune a variety of roses! Join us on the 2nd Thursday every month and help keep the garden looking beautiful. Meet at the Gazebo wearing weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. Tools, instruction and refreshments will be provided.
