Thank you for your interest in volunteering! In honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, Clark County parks will host two different opportunities for volunteer s to give back to the community. On Saturday, we will partner with the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance to perform trail maintenance. On Monday, we will remove non-native scotch broom and English Ivy and pick up litter throughout the park.

Saturday, January 13th: 9 AM to 12 PM
Lacamas Park trail maintenance with Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance
Meet at the NW corner of Woodburn Elementary, 2400 NE Woodburn Drive, Camas 98607

Monday, January 15th: 9 AM to 12 PM
Lacamas Park Scotch Broom and Ivy Removal
Meet at overflow parking lot, 406 NE 35th Avenue, Camas 98607

By offering two different work parties on this service weekend, we hope to give the greatest number of people the opportunity to give back ans honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. Please select which work party you would like to attend. Parking is limited at both events and we encourage people to carpool if possible.

You should wear weather-appropriate clothing (and clothes you don't mind getting dirty!), long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring a reusable water bottle if you have one. Light refreshments and tools will be provided.

If you (or anyone in your group) are under the age of 18, a parental consent form must be signed and turned in prior to performing any volunteer duties.
