Responsible for interacting with shelter cats and assisting in the socialization process through interactive play, petting and soothing. This ensures that all cats and kittens receive care and attention, which assists with relieving stress and increases their comfort level with potential adopters.
Age Requirement: 18 or older. Training required and provided.

Description
Baltimore County Animal Services is the division within the Baltimore County department of Health that is responsible for enforcing the laws that protect animals, sheltering lost and surrendered pets, locating homes for adoptable pets, returning stray pets to their owners and promoting responsible pet ownership. Animal Services also offers low-cost services such as rabies vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping.
