We are seeking a highly dependable individual that will coordinate the efforts for recruiting all volunteers and will then be responsible for the process of integrating them into the life of the organization. Other responsibilities will include; but is not limited to, making sure background checks are completed and all references are called and verified. Due to the nature of this position, individual must live in the Greater Washington, DC metro area.

Founded by a U.S. Army Veteran with almost 15 years of experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Grateful Heart will offer a wide variety of services; various counseling, job training & placement, as well as transitional and/or temporary housing to all Veterans of the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.
