ORGANIZATION: Catty Shack

Our feral cat structure is in need of electricity to keep the cats cool in the summer and warm in the winter. As our main structure only has 110, our house needs to be rewired to 220 and then electric ran to the shed. Also need outdoor outlets installed.

To give feral cats happier, healthier lives.
Description
A brief note about how this came to be: My family and I have been feeding and maintaining a cat colony for years. Two years ago we had a number of feral cats living in our outdoor cat houses. They were incredibly sweet but could not be socialized, so we cared for them and let them live a happy life in our yard. All but one died in a matter of months. After an investigation, we found out that some had been poisoned. Not only did our cats die, but a dog and countless squirrels and birds did as well. After grieving for our sweet friends who's only sin was merely existing, we decided to help other strays in our area live a happy life without worrying that they will be next. We then saved up and had a fence with cat guard installed and a tiny house/shed built for them in our back yard to keep them safe. Our goal is to spay or neuter every stray in the area and find homes for the ones we are able to socialize. We will provide food and shelter for the ones who cannot be. Our sweet cats Blackie, Morris, Buddy, Snarls and Alley never received proper justice for their murders, but we can make sure it never happens to another animal again.
