education, advocacy, counseling, and housing.
Inland Fair Housing and Mediation Board (IFHMB) is a non-profit, public benefit
corporation that has served San Bernardino County and parts of Riverside and
Imperial Counties in Southern California since 1980. Funded by numerous grants
and awards, IFHMB serves as an intermediary to assist individuals in resolving
issues related to housing discrimination, homeownership sustainability, rental
complaints, and disputes in court through the provision of resource
recommendations, education, and mediation.
? Greet all incoming clients in a welcoming and professional manner.
? Ensure that all clients are properly signed in (guests and volunteers).
? As requested, answer high volume of incoming calls in a manner consistent with
the IFHMB mission; give out information, route calls, and take messages.
? Maintain general knowledge of outside-related services in order to assist visitors
Welcome walk-in clients, answer a high volume of incoming calls, and input client’s
information into call log. Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, visitors, and
staff. Respond to inquiries by providing information and directing visitors to appropriate
resources. Assist staff with entering programmatic outreach data into IFHMB’s
