Remember your high school and college dances? They were fun, right? Well now you can relive these days and help folks with developmental disabilities at the same time! Arc Mercer hosts a dance for its consumers once a month, on a Friday evening, from roughly 5:30 to 9 pm. Dance with the consumers, help set up dinner settings, serve food, work in the kitchen, or just plain have fun interacting with the consumers on the dance floor or in conversation. The Friday varies; it's usually the third or fourth Friday.
