The MVP program matches skilled refugees with professional mentors. The mentors provide vocational coaching, networking assistance, and serve as guides to empower refugee professionals to continue their career goals in America. Mentors are required to attend a program specific training. Materials and guidance will be provided throughout the mentoring process. The commitment is a minimum of 3 months with 2 in-person meetings with mentees (per month) and regular communication in between.
