Here, in the Old Aurora Colony Museum's courtyard, we have the Emma Wakefield Herb Garden. It is a small garden area divided into four sections: medicinal, aromatic, flavor and tea. Currently, it is overseen by the Willamette Herb Society whose numbers are dwindling with time. We are asking for a few people who enjoy gardening and would like to help with our historic garden area. Some training may be provided, just let us know.
Please come help us preserve and maintain this historic garden area.
