We are in need of a volunteer to pick up pet food donations from Franklin/Philadelphia Mills Walmart in NE Philly, and delivery to our storage facility in Warminster.
There is no set days for pick ups. The manager will call us and say there is a donation, and we have 2 - 3 days to pick it up.
Pick ups are WEEKDAYS ONLY, between 9 AM and 2 PM, every 2 - 4 weeks.
Volunteer should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., have a car with adequate space to hold up to 500 lbs. of pet food and supplies, and be willing to undergo a background check.

Sam's Hope Pet Food Program - providing pet food assistance to individuals, via food pantries, and other organizations. Sam's Hope Vet Care Program - providing veterinary care grants to qualified applicants. Molly's Mission - providing short term foster care for pets of the elderly, disabled and ill.
Description
Sam's Hope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of companion animals by keeping those facing economic and health challenges, and their pets together through food, veterinary, and other assistance programs.
Founded in 2013, Sam's Hope was inspired by the founder's beloved dog Samantha, and her awareness of the current economic climate which forces many pet owners to surrender or abandon their pets.
