Join the Executive Ambassador Committee for the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" event! We are looking for passionate volunteers to join our 2018 planning committee for our 5K event which will take place on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Our 2017 event welcomed 5,000 walkers and raised $220,000!

Executive Ambassador Committee Positions:
Our Executive Ambassador Committee is our main event planning board for our Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. Requires a one year time commitment (March - November), attendance at monthly meetings, and attendance at our event on Sunday, October 21, 2018.

Ambassador Sub-Committee Positions:
Are you more of an independent worker? Not sure of your time commitments for 2018? Join one of our Sub-Committees! There are no monthly meetings required and you will be given volunteer tasks that can be done on your own schedule:

What We Are Looking For:
  • Passion for our mission of saving lives, celebrating lives, and leading the fight for a world without cancer
  • Strong communication/sales/organizational skills
  • Leaders who are looking to gain valuable experience on a volunteer board
  • Past event planning/volunteer board experience a plus
