Volunteer Office Assistant Position:
Hospice Volunteer Program needs an organized, reliable person to assist the administrative coordinator with a variety of office jobs--filing is always something they need help with, if you have computer skills--they have lots of records to maintain. Also need help assembling files for nurses and social workers to take out to patient's homes. Volunteer should be detail oriented, flexible, reliable, and compassionate--a sense of humor helps too!
Hours available are any time between 8-5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
An Orientation interview will be provided and ongoing training will be provided by administrative assistant in the office.

RSVP provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving through schools, day care centers, police departments, hospitals and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to help solve community problems and offers supplemental insurance while on duty, pre-service orientation, and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
