ORGANIZATION: Pink-4-Ever Ending Disparities

Pink-4-Ever, Inc. is currently seeking individuals with Grant Writing experience to serve as a member of our Board of Directors.

A 501(c)3 organization, headquartered in Indianapolis, Pink-4-Ever serves greater Indianapolis and surrounding areas, through education, empowerment and support! All programs are funded through grants, donations and sponsorships.

The Grant Writer will focus primarily on developing grant proposals of various size and scope. The Grant Writer will also lead the proposal design process, work with the Board to identify opportunities that match organizational needs and priorities; integrate current research; draft application materials; identify and document matching funds and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.

If selected during our screening process, the term of service would begin January 1, 2018.

Mission Statement

Pink-4-Ever Ending Disparities' Mission is to eliminate breast cancer disparities for Black women through advocacy, education, research and empowerment.

Description

PINK-4-Ever Ending Disparities is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana as a
501c3 education, research, advocacy and empowerment organization specializing
in breast health for Black women. It was established in 2021 through the merger of
the R.E.D. (Reaching to End Disparities) Alliance and Pink-4-Ever, two
organizations with a history of raising awareness and dispelling myths about breast
cancer in a supportive environment for the minority community and seeking
solutions to eliminate breast cancer disparities for Black women. The organization
is governed by an elected Board of Directors with the purpose of removing barriers
to breast health services and promoting quality, timely, affordable and culturally
sensitive care, leading to better breast cancer outcomes for Black women.
