Help us find new ways to reach out to groups and other organizations for potential partnerships. At the Wealth By Health Steps For Change Foundation, we envision a better society through greater participation by a variety of different communities around the world. The purpose of the Community Outreach Coordinator is to link our organization with other groups and individuals to collectively make a greater impact on a specific program. (ex. homeless outreach, free medical clinics, senior homes, etc.)
General Responsibilities:
- Assist team on outreach and partnering efforts
- Help coordinate events and fundraising efforts
- Help coordinate volunteers for community events and tours
- Development of ideas and strategies for community outreach
- Help identify new opportunities for fundraising

To improve the health and wellbeing of underserved populations by providing accessible resources that will empower individuals to achieve a greater quality of life.
Description
Founded in 2016 on the basis that attaining quality health care should be accessible to all people, we first established a mobile clinic to provide free health services for low-income, uninsured, and underinsured families in areas classified as "healthcare deserts". With just one doctor and one dentist, we set out to serve elderly patients at a local temple. Over time, more healthcare providers reached out to express their shared vision in increasing health equity. Today, our team of healthcare providers include dentists, dental hygienists, physicians, pharmacists, registered nurses, acupuncturists, and optometrists.
We envision a healthier and more equitable world where every human being has an equal opportunity to succeed in life- where all sectors of society come together to reduce social and economic inequities- and where individuals inspire each other to be in active pursuit of social good until it is achieved.
