Solace Hospice AZ

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 10 people are interested

No matter your experience, interests or abilities, we can match you with patients who will benefit specifically to what you have to offer. You may be the friend who comes to visit; the games-player who brings a challenge; the artist who inspires creativity in her aging students; even firefighters who roar up in their truck, just to say, "hello."

At Solace Hospice Volunteers are an integral part of hospice philosophy, working side-by-side with professional staff to provide patients and their families with the support they need in what is often the most difficult times of their lives. If that makes you nervous, rest assured there's often plenty of laughs to go around as well. To make it easier, we provide the training, introduction to patients and supervision as you learn the ropes. In addition, you may visit 'your' patient close to where you live or work.

We think spending time with people who have a limited amount of time remaining will become your most
rewarding role ever. Are you ready to learn what becoming a Solace Hospice volunteer can do for you?
