The Guyana Economic Development Trust seeks an volunteer with business or management experience who is interested in volunteering at the intersection of international economic development and service. Specifically, we are in need of copy writing for fundraising and client engagement materials (e.g. creating a new quarterly e-newsletter, making website copy updates, developing compelling letters and PPT decks, etc.). We wish to appeal to prospective donors, many of whom are business people who respond to "results-speak."

We would love to work with an creative, experienced and passionate individual whose writing style is engaging, almost like advertising copy, but not too sales-y. Our ideal volunteer would be adept at striking a balance between making the case for our services by outlining facts and figures, but making it interesting and compelling in a way that is approachable.
