We have Senior Adults in the Show Low, Lakeside, Pinetop area who are in need of companionship, socialization.Or their Caregivers could also use a respite to run errands. As a volunteer you may play cards, read, watch TV or engage in conversation with them.
We provide training and ongoing support to you!
Our senior adults live all over the Show Low area in their own homes, group homes or nursing facilities. We will have you make visits to one near you! This is a rewarding time for both you and them.
Reply to this ad, email Adam at adamb@saviorhospice.org or call our offices at 928-892-3990 and talk to Adam our Volunteer Coordinator. He will set up a time to meet you and answer any questions that you may have. All cost are covered by the hospice.

Description
Savior Hospice is seeking volunteers to make a difference in the lives of our hospice patients throughout the Valley.
Volunteers are friendly visitors who offer companionship to hospice patients and a much-needed break to their tired caregivers. Volunteers might read, watch TV or movies, listen to music, play cards or games, make a snack or assist with light housekeeping. They may chat about current events or reminisce about days gone by.
As little as an hour a week can make a BIG difference!
Training is FREE and can be done on your schedule.
