A few years back we built a really high level customer relationship management portal so we could track our activities when dealing with young veterans and their families.
Today we have a smartphone application and there does not seem to be an easy way to migrate those partners into the application.
So, we want to manage a process to ask them if it is okay to be connected to potential clients, members, volunteers and donors etc. via our smart app. www.theconnectapp.org
Then we can enter then into the portal and send them a password and login request.
If they are willing they can enter themselves via our portal or our data entry folks can do it from completed forms.
Just general data entry help, no stress, not timelines just help from good people who might have a passion to connect our veterans to information, resources and fellow veterans.
