Do you need volunteer hours for your nursing program or school project? We have a special program outlined for students who need volunteer hours for school. You will be able to obtain experience by working side by side with some of our professionals. You will also gain firsthand experience by providing companionship and caregiver support. You can also help out in the office with the various administrative projects available. We would love to speak with you about our program.

Description
Just as every person is unique, so is every hospice patient. Our care plans are tailored to meet the needs of each patient and family. The Crescent Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers.
Hospice services include comprehensive medical care; pain and symptom management; grief/bereavement counseling, emotional and spiritual support; placement of medical equiptment and supplies; and assistance with dailiy living needs.
Hospice provides family-centered care that includes the patient and their loved ones in the decision making process. We have locations throughout South Carolina.
