United Way is inviting you to spend an hour one day per week reading with a student as part of the United Way Volunteer Readers Program this Spring! As a volunteer Reader you will be paired with a student who is in Kindergarten through 3rd grade, in an effort to ensure students are reading on grade level. The program will operate In Hartford during the morning and afternoon. By carving out an hour consistently each week volunteer readers are part of the solution, and they also have a great time doing it!
