The Ministry Outreach Center is the central warehouse and distribution location for Denver Rescue Mission. Families, single women, people with disabilities, and seniors in need of food, clothing, furniture, and household items find assistance at this location.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

If you enjoy sorting and organizing, then we could really use your help. The Project Helping group of volunteers will be sorting, stocking and organizing the donated food items in the warehouse, or assisting in the client services department stocking food or clothing. As space is limited, make sure to register before participating in this awesome event!

Does this event require special skills?

Volunteers should be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be comfortable working in a warehouse setting. We also consider willingness to help others a very special skill, but you’re reading this, so you already have that one!

Are there age requirements for volunteering?

This opportunity has a minimum age of 16 years old for safety reasons. Please do not bring family members or guests who are under 16.
